CABG with perioperative right ventricular infarction

This 72 year old patient has triple vessel disease and preserved left ventricular function. He underwent coronary artery bypass grafting 3 years ago, which was complicated by a rather large right ventricular infarction.

Actually he is doing fine, takes walks every day and has no specific cardiac complaints. He readily agreed to have an MRI performed to visualize his right ventricular infarction using high resolution Sensitive Imaging (Philips)
